Pros

Great health benefits that are almost entirely paid by the company. Highly compensated too but you pay for it in the end.

Cons

They don't care about their people; only the bottom line profit; very shady in their employment practices; management has no business ethics or morals

Pros

It's a great company if you are willing to put in the time and effort. The benefit packages are great, especially the employer match on the 401K. Environment is friendly as alot of people here seem willing to help. Company does a great job of promoting within when the opportunity presents itself. I enjoy working here and would highly recommend Savvee Consulting.

Cons

Company could do a better job of communicating, especially through the quarterly newsletter. The company website could use some upgrading.

Pros

A flat organization where you don't have to worry about people back-stabbing you. There is an open door policy with upper management. You are never just a number like most big companies. This is not a body shop, Savvee is a place for highly skilled consultants that have a lot of face time with the customers. There is a lot of knowledge-sharing across the different contracts through Centers Of Excellence (COEs). New employees are assigned a mentor when they come on board and receive internal training and shadow the mentor on projects until they get their feet wet. Although Savvee is a small business they offer big business benefits. The 401K, health, dental, FSA, education reimbursement, etc are all top notch. I was shocked when I learned about the benefits offered from a small business. This is a great place to work long-term and grow within the company. Most leadership positions are promotions from within. This is not a place to work if you are someone that jumps around from company to company looking for the next best thing. This is a company to work for if you're looking for stability and a place to grow.

Cons

Need to invest more into a training program
