Pros

Awesome benefits, various ways to grow and expand in my career, and most of all they treat everyone like family. I've worked for Savvee for almost 6 years now and if they'll have me I'll never leave!

Cons

At times work location was far, but they have always worked with me to make it work - thanks to the 2 best managers Karen and Mark.

Pros

They really care for their employees. The managers are genuine and up front with you. They hire great people.

Cons

Benefits are a little lacking. There isn't really a written down education benefit which in this day and age is odd.

Pros

Family-oriented, favorable 401k benefits, lenient leave,

Cons

Nepotism, pattern of rewarding employees only when employee threatens to leave, lacked backbone to provide what is best for clients -- preferred to be agreeable rather than consult
