Great place to advance to upper management for younger employees

Low stress, treat employees with respect, advancement, great co workers, good benefits for small company, relaxed environment, good access to upper management

Cons

Could have a better defined training program, lacking a formal mentor program, some tough customers to work for, defined bonus plan

Some good co-workers, but they all end up leaving eventually. Humm... I see a trend here..

Cons

Micromanagement, no trust from senior management, favoritism towards friends of the company's family, no company direction, slow growth, no in-house promotion, no training or mentor-ship.
