Pros

Easy access to customers and users makes it easy to iterate and move fast. You can quickly feel and see the impact of even small things you ship. You can move very fast. Transparent and easy access to the entire company.

Cons

Still figuring out some growth pains, settling into new office has been great.

Pros

- Clear & ambitious vision supported by a strategy that is smart and makes sense. - Open, transparent communication across the company. - Real culture of broad scope and ownership on the engineering, product, and design teams. We're trusted to make decisions and move quickly. - No ego culture. Smart people all around who are collaborative. Great camaraderie and in-office energy. - Focus is on shipping products that make actual business impact. Feels fulfilling to see what we work on in the hands of financial advisors, making a direct impact on their business.

Cons

- The bar and expectations are high. Requires operating at a rapid pace and spending time learning/scaling with the demands of the business. Not a place to coast. - Company could be even faster with managing out underperformers. Successful startups require the best people and it's why I joined.

Pros

One of the most transparent and low ego start ups I’ve worked for. The impression I got when interviewing is exactly what I got plus more. It’s nice to work with such genuine and smart people.

Cons

Typical growing pains, gotta have the stomach for lots of change and ambiguity
