      Great products to pitch and to work with Very diverse portfolio and helpful managers that work with us to grow brands with any materials we need Very inclusive and diverse company

      I really don't feel that there are any cons in the company, so far in my almost 2 years, I have learned a lot and grown so much as a Sales Representative

      Pros

      I spent five years working toward a career with Sazerac. I had been friendly with various individuals who worked for the company, and I felt my skills and experienced aligned with the results driven culture. After spending almost two years here, my assumptions have been confirmed. The culture and atmosphere awards those that are willing and able to win, and win the right way. The portfolio is dynamic and versatile which provides endless opportunities to grow share and improve the business of our partners. Additionally, the talent development systems we have are second to none. PDS and CDS are incredibly helpful and folks in leadership positions have been more than accommodating to assist in development.

      Cons

      We have experienced quite a bit of change during my tenure. On the other hand, I feel we are in the best position to succeed that I have observed during my time here.
