Pros

Very little positive to say about this company. Management doesn’t know what’s going on. Production rate hovers around 30%. Business is recession proof. Benefits and pay are good. Can write your own paycheck if you can get the OT

Cons

Management has no idea what to do. Planning has no idea how to make a production schedule. Union and company are always at odds. Most senior union members will screw over their junior
