      Pros

      Decent salary compared to beverage industry standards, seem to listen to employees’ opinions, not a ton of tedious meetings

      Cons

      Upper management can be stubborn, PTO policy was outdated but are currently revising based on industry standards

      Honestly the easiest job to learn and train for over the span of 2 and a half months

      The union is super corrupt

      Pros

      There are a lot of resources at your disposal. Sazerac is constantly trying to evolve what would be considered an antiquated industry with data leverage and innovative packaging.

      Cons

      The culture is not conducive for cross-functional collaboration although the resources are there.
