      Lack of Culture

      The pay is good and the company is growing.

      Cons

      Upper management not at all concerned about culture. Turnover was rampant and they seemed to be either ok with this or lacking the leadership skills to inspire and motivate employees.

      Great Pay and Benefits package

      Cons

      Unorganized and chaotic in the workplace- No one knows what they are doing. The blind is leading the blind. This company has very sneaky tactics and come off as very untrustworthy to the retailers. MDRs are expected to produce unobtainable results when little to no resources! Diversity and Inclusion is a HUGE issue in this organization.

      Good Company - Too Many Changes

      Pros

      Good company and has the right idea of what the market needs. Disrupting the industry in a positive way - the vision is there! The people who work for the company are amazing and truly care about your success.

      Cons

      There is a divide with upper management and people in the streets. Constantly making changes and not listening to actual needs of employees. Company lacks an understanding of how much time the sales and merchandising takes and the challenges of balancing SOPs. Many SOPs are repetitive and time wasting. Focus is on the wrong SOPs and changes aren’t a one size fits all. Every state is completely different and that needs to be acknowledged.
