-There was a lot of turnover within the marketing and sales teams and a huge strategic shift from the top down that eliminated a lot of roles. -When I was there, Sazerac hada very clunky learning and development software that they made us write self reports in monthly. Each manager approached these differently, with some placing a huge emphasis on it and others just checking a box.

Lack of diversity: all of our managers look (White Males) and sound alike. A bunch of yes men with minimal skills or creativity. No critical thinking or problem solving skills whatsoever.

Some of the worst planning and execution for S&R ever. Unplanned and late announcement overtime regularly for employees to make up for poor planning.
