      Beware of negligence from upper management

      Pros

      - Extremely good pay, especially for someone young like me - Depending on your approach, you can meet some amazing and very helpful coworkers - Never stagnating experiences, always something different going on

      Cons

      - When it comes to management above the supervisor level, they are full of hypocrisy and do not pay attention at all to their employees needs (At least for the bottling district, anyways) - Lackluster maintenance routine (Run lines to the maximum until something breaks!)

      Good benefits for full time Maternity leave Money for clothes when starting then you get more in July Nice coworkers Flexible schedule

      There are always cliques and differences of opinions but overall it's not bad

      Great Pay and Benefits package

      Cons

      Unorganized and chaotic in the workplace- No one knows what they are doing. The blind is leading the blind. This company has very sneaky tactics and come off as very untrustworthy to the retailers. MDRs are expected to produce unobtainable results when little to no resources! Diversity and Inclusion is a HUGE issue in this organization.
