-the job is fun! selling alcohol that sells itself -incredible portfolio, this cannot be overstated - a lot autonomy (can be good or bad depending on your self-discipline) - car allowance and generous expense accounts -management actually is open to new ideas and will take suggestions from all levels - a good culture that feels fun but mature

- we don't get paid as much as we should - company hasn't promoted much from within in the past, but has voiced intentions to start doing so more - lack of communication from management - need more diversity on all levels
