      Pros

      Always quick communication and understanding where you are with in the hiring process. Also the time was taken to understand whom I am from multiple levels of management and if I am a “fit” with the company. I appreciate Leadership that is inquisitive enough to understand who is being hired.

      I didn’t feel there was any cons. Very professional.
