      Pros

      Cool place, lot of history. Good bourbon. Benefits were nice (health, dental, vision, 401k w/ match).

      Cons

      Constantly were told about how the company was making record profits, but then when asked about raises they would say that didn't have the budget. Really out of touch higher ups.

      Great company, strong pay for the role. Support and development offered and encouraged. The best brands, fun culture, good leadership

      Working with distributors is very important and can be challenging depending on who you have in your area. Allocation discussions can be challenging
