Pros

Environment is relaxed, plenty of opportunity for overtime. 401k is probably one of best I've had with an employer contribution of 8% $.75 to the $1 and paid benefits

Cons

Terrible middle management, almost no growth opportunities. Pay is sub-par compared to other orgs. Upper management should be more involved

Pros

Free healthcare, laid back environment, if you pay attention you will become an expert in composites.

Cons

No way to progress in the company unless people in other departments are your friends. Your hard work is not appreciated anymore. Don't even try to deal with the maintenance or the aircraft electrical side of this company. They will never give you the opportunity unless you are a friend of someone already in the department. As most people are saying here the pay. It has gotten better over the years I have been with the company, but they still pay you a poverty wage amount.

Pros

there are really none, over work and aggressive attitude towards employees is common place.

Cons

Really bad management, not concerned with the health or welfare of there employees, threats and over work are common place. more concerned with the "project" they hire people with several years (20 to 30 +) of experience, yet they will not use there talents in these fields, but make them work on menial tasks that have nothing to do with there knowledge or experience. will not take there advice when they see projects being done incorrectly. in fighting and back stabbing in middle management to try to get a head, extremely poor leadership. no real recourse for employees when they are treated poorly, which here again is common place. poor moral among employees. you don't want to work here, not worth the over work and aggravation you will experience.
