      Pros

      Excellent pay and unlimited opportunities for those who can adjust to and understand Scaled culture. Cutting edge and ground breaking designs and builds. Competitive industry pay. ...FUN!!! Competent management.

      Cons

      Not made for everyone. I find those comfortable with production facilities like NGC or Lockheed tend to not work out and eventually move on. Although the direction of management has been slow developing there is on a steady growth path towards success.

      Pros

      Scaled had many good things about it: the Hours, benefits, company lunches occasionally, quality assurance, supply of PPE, coffee, and facility

      Cons

      Couldn't get proper tools sometimes, young people politics, POOR leadership, worthless engineers, QA way behind, cut throat for contractors, unclear Directions and Engineering documents.
