      Pros

      Job titles are mostly irrelevant at Scaled - you are flexible to work on just about anything you want. The people are intelligent and well balanced, and overall it is a laid back fun environment. Great spot for those with high ambitions and good work ethic. Many people to learn from and a great place to grow.

      Cons

      Very little training and little oversight. It can be easy to slip through the cracks. All positions stem from engineering, even management and other non-engineering roles, so everyone is a jack-of-all trades position, and not many are experts at their specific roles. Pay is low relative to prime aerospace contractors.

      Pros

      You get to work on multiple fascinating projects, noting is repetitive. Plenty of overtime available. Benefits are FREE, vacation accrual is quick and the 401K match is above average.

      Cons

      More competent management is needed to run the company better.

      Pros

      Free healthcare, laid back environment, if you pay attention you will become an expert in composites.

      Cons

      No way to progress in the company unless people in other departments are your friends. Your hard work is not appreciated anymore. Don't even try to deal with the maintenance or the aircraft electrical side of this company. They will never give you the opportunity unless you are a friend of someone already in the department. As most people are saying here the pay. It has gotten better over the years I have been with the company, but they still pay you a poverty wage amount.
