Cons
There really aren't too many cons in my opinion. The only downside is the office is pretty empty but that's obviously due to covid. It's kinda nice but sometimes you wish there were more ppl to meet
- A lot of activity and interesting types of businesses under one roof
- There's something to breathing new life into great products
- Everyone on the Scaleworks team is very helpful, which finds its way to the portfolio of companies
- It feels like a family
Cons
- Sometimes it's hard to keep up with everything that's going on
- Since the companies are starting from scratch with leadership, building unique cultures for each is difficult
- Things move fast, but that's startup land!
