Pros
The first strength of this company is probably its people. I've never seen so many excellent people. You've got a problem ? No issue, just ask a colleague for help. He will gladly assist. The management is really concerned by the employees and are always looking to improve ourselves so we perform even better. They really listen to us. It is pleasant. They recognise exceptional performance smartly. Finally, they really know how to have fun, this is also such a positive point. The startup spirit is really here !

The building is right in the middle of Paris ! That's awesome :)

I joined Scality in July 2015, and I'm pleased working here. People are most welcoming newcomers. The onboarding is well structured, you can never feel lost. Everything is done to please the employee, to make sure he can work in the best conditions: office in the center of Paris, sport program, lunch program, etc.
Cons
Scality is a new company, processes are not well in place yet, it can be a little messy sometimes; but this is also what's fun to improve ! Actually, everyone can improve something here :)
