Pros

I don't remember learning as much since I started my career more than 10 years ago. Supportive teams within Technical areas, everyone has something to teach. Amazing onboarding procedure, even during the events that took place in 2020. During the first month I always had tasks to do, things to learn, people to meet, connections to create, trainings to attend, one of the companies I felt most welcomed and I am a remote worker. Relaxed work environment, with a great sense of humor, creating a great atmosphere, only broken by stressful customer issues, but easily restored as soon as its fixed. Employees will use amazing well known tools to do their jobs the best way then can, it's clear there is a lot of investment on this subject. A lot of investment in wellbeing and comfort is also made. People are easily reachable.

Pros

Scality is a really nice company to work for, people are really skilled at what they do and it's a challenging environment. The people are nice and helpful if you need anything, you also feel considered for your job which is quite rare nowadays. There's a lot to do so you won't feel bored. Scality is definitely the place you want to work at.
