      Good perks and culture but poor management oversight

      Pros

      Had some good company perks like insurance and employee benefits. Office was nice and good social culture.

      Cons

      The management team had no idea what was going on. Also ridiculous progression structure.

      Pros

      Growing startup with lots of opportunity. Wonderful team. Great CEO and COO.

      Cons

      Only con was that communication with direct management was difficult because of time zones. Would have preferred to report to someone in the US vs the UK so that there would have been more consistent communication and less scatteredness.
