Colleagues were fun and supportive within the PS department. Office is in a good location.

Absolutely zero direction from top management. Never ending product issues, couldn't even install the ScerIS software without doing lots of backend modifications. Constant empty promises in regard to growth and salary. High turn-over rate. 50+ hour work week expected without additional compensation.
Very very small company, if you like that environment.
Cons
Micromanagement, high turnover/layoffs, loss of key people, poor employee morale, no trust in employees, technical issues with platform, company is fairly old and has changed directions several times without success.
