Proactive and young leadership, positive workplace, great training and opportunities to climb quickly into leadership if you prove your talent and dedication. Easy to like the job as long as you can be in customer service mode 24/7. Great first job.

Cons

Attracts some high school-like drama due to the younger crowd. ASLs (managers) work extreme hours (super early to super late) with minimal time off due to everyday need for full staff.
