Cons
There is no organisation, communication or collaboration between departments (projects, service, software). The project managers are not sure of what they are doing because they do not have any technical knowledge this leads to chaos with projects being planned and delivered incorrectly. The software modules were built over two decades and there is little to no technical documentation. All of the software teams are not really sure how the software works and struggle to effectively support customers. The service department are not sure if they work for Scheidt & Bachmann of if they work for their assigned customers. There seems to be no effort from them to assist the software department to effectively support their customers. Customer expectations are not managed accordingly
