Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at schlitterbahn are that you get into parks for free

Cons

Some of the cons of working at schlitterbahn are that the management (supervisors specifically suck) and sometimes you can get called in to do something that is totally not your job

Pros

Plenty of Hours and Free Admission to the Park, and the occasional extra bonuses. ( Not always in the form of cash)

Cons

They pay their cashiers seventy-five cents over minimum wage. The working condition can get uncomfortable at times especially towards the end of summer. Schlitterbahn is always under staffed, so the customer service is slow which causes the guests to get very irritable at times.
