free admission to park, discount in gift shop, cheap lunch, good job for high school kids

the trucks are pretty bad, the restaurant's are pretty dirty at times, smells everywhere you go, low pay lots of hours, bad management, not a lot of training,

Lots of cool people, discounts in all the gift shops, employee cafes with discounted food, and there are incentive nights for all workers (BoogieBahn night, Sky Coaster night, etc.)

Cons

Only allowed one 30 minute break for a sometimes 12 hour workday, being in the heat is rough when you're also next to a corn roaster, and management is pretty temperamental
