      Basic training taught you more than a trucking school would

      Cons

      It felt like i was almost entirely thrown to the wolves on getting started. There were so many little yet important things never mentioned. They also completely run you out of hours and throw loads that constantly have you sitting.

      We care for all of our drivers and have a huge support team behind them to help them succeed. Truck driving can be hard just starting out as there are natural bumps in the road and a learning curve but things get better after you start gaining experience.
