Some departments like managers and executives still get WFH days even though a 5-day RTO mandate is "company wide." Dodges questions and retorts that WFH was a major draw and benefit of this company and the revocation is a pay decrease - constantly increasing workload, no additional pay - cutting "costs" that decrease associate benefits and morale (no trash collection, dead plants with firing of janitorial, decreased landscaping services) - bonus structure is impossible to impact with personal or even team action - terrible management structure - rolled back "DEI" initiatives
