      Pros

      The people and the support that you have at the company are second to none. Yes, some days are stressful, but I’ve never been surrounded by a better family in an office setting.

      You'll find good people, and most people will help you out if needed - this goes pretty far up the ladder for the Chicago Office. If logistics is your thing, and you enjoy it your people are here. Talk to people about logistics, log what you're talking about,ensure that the loads you're assigned to are excecuting, ensure things are being billed properly, that customers are being attended to, service is improving/above KPIs, and you'll find a home here.

      Cons

      Taking off 1 star for the salary compare to work expectations, and because additional work is being created without receiving anything back from it. Another one for the lackluster benefits package compare to its cost.
