Flexible start times, but issues with dispatch and pay

Basically set your own start time as long as you get to where you need to be within the window you can start whenever you want.

Cons

Maintenance issues and dispatch when you are regional and given local assignments and local pay. One of my routes did not have the mileage properly synced on the tablet and so you have to call in to get a nearby scale added to your trip just so you get the miles you should have got. If you know this in advance you can send a message in early so by the time you get to where you are going its added (if cs understands your need)

Pros

Polite, respectful culture. Lots of technology.

Cons

Chaotic management. VPs, Directors, Account Managers and lower staff laid off in 2026. Challenging logistics market. Only time will tell if leadership is making the correct calls.

You can add “B2B” and “ Sales” to your resume.

Cons

There are so many, but the most critical con is that this role is 100% a call center. No sales, no negotiating, no presentation. Just make your calls and worry not for properly vetting a customer. If you are ok with BS calls then by all means apply.
