      Pros

      I'd say the pro's of working here are that management doesn't really keep track of you. Take an hour and a half lunch....they won't notice. I'd also say that the free pizza about once a month was nice.

      Cons

      *awful moral *employees treated with disrespect. *managers that don't care. *Lots of coworkers dating one another/sleeping together. *Managers threatening their associates with not letting them use their vacation time. *rapid turnover rate in the last year.

      Pros

      I work as an owner operator under the Choice program. Being able to book my own loads has made all the difference in my work experience. The control that I have over my schedule has eliminated a lot of distractions, making me a safer and smarter driver.

      Cons

      I really can't find anything to fault Schneider with. I don't have the same constraints that company drivers deal with. As long as my job is done safely and legally, I'm pretty much free to do as I please.
