Pros
Lots of young people, and orange...if it's your favorite color. I thought a lot of the people at Schneider were very nice. There are many couples that have come together, married, had kids at this company & that's awesome if you're single and on the hunt because it will give you hope for your future.
Cons
Upper management is bad and getting worse. This company has changed a lot in the last 10-15 years, and it isn't for the better. Clowns have risen in the ranks, and they've canned good employees for little or no reason (at least to a sane person that recognizes that intelligent, hard-working people aren't a dime a dozen like the dopes I've seen hired(herded) in). The bad outweighs the good here, or at least greatly overshadows it.
