      -great miles -benifits -lots of driving postitions and options -work closely with dot to eliminate hassles

      Cons

      -they are cheap when it comes to equipment, always fix, never wanting to upgrade trucks -they stress safety a little too much, very strict when it comes to driving on every little aspect -sensors installed in truck to moniter everything gets annoying and sometime in-accurate

      Business model should improve as the economy improves. Company has potential for growth. Private held company provides some operational flexibility.

      Cons

      New associates and new ideas are unwelcome. Company is too heads down on one large project to improve anywhere else. Many employees have left and many current employees are looking to leave in February 2013.
