      Pros

      Commitment to the company's sucess and the sucess of the associates is shared by all leaders Great Communication from Senior Leadership I disagree with the previous two posts about the "cliques" and unfair treatment. If you show up every day and are dedicated to your position then you have great possiblities for advancement - I know from personal experience.

      Cons

      The pay is competitive but on the lower side. Benefits are okay but better resources are available for Green Bay associates than field office associates.

      Pros

      Good medical insurance, they will train new drivers dependent on economy. Cafeteria in Fontana has excellent food but high prices.

      Cons

      Poor unsafe old equipment, management pretends to push safety. Poor unfair compensation schemes always changing. Avoid employment and/or investment, don't walk - run.
