Pros
-Helpful orientation, they fill in the gaps from school. E.g; actual backing, tandems, how to handle loads. -Forms good habits from the start so when you move from schneider you'll have a good foundation -Personally I had a good team leader, and most I've talked to in the company seemingly have as well
Cons
-Equipment, especially trailers can be really poor condition. -Pay is on the low side, but not horrible for a beginner company. Doesn't really give you an incentive to stay -All the schneider yards I've been to have been a messy disaster.
