      Pros

      Great people, value time with family, training available if needed. They’ll pay for classes to advance knowledge in property management. Best company I have worked for!

      Can’t think of any, their awesome.

      Pros

      I've worked at a few different Property Management Companies and I have to say Schochet has been one of the BEST!! Upper Management actually listens to what you have to say. The team has a great deal of experience in the field, but yet will listen to ideas from any employee, no matter the position. They are open to improvements to the property or policy and welcome it. They care what you have to say and will implement if it makes sense when presented. They are also very employee friendly and understanding when it comes to live/work balance. Not to mention great benefits!!

      Cons

      I can not think of one. Expect if they offer you a job, take it!!
