I've worked at a few different Property Management Companies and I have to say Schochet has been one of the BEST!! Upper Management actually listens to what you have to say. The team has a great deal of experience in the field, but yet will listen to ideas from any employee, no matter the position. They are open to improvements to the property or policy and welcome it. They care what you have to say and will implement if it makes sense when presented. They are also very employee friendly and understanding when it comes to live/work balance. Not to mention great benefits!!

Cons

I can not think of one. Expect if they offer you a job, take it!!

Schochet truly values employees and their collective contributions to the company. Since joining the team almost 8 months ago, I've seen this consistently demonstrated , from corporate down to my local community level. Schochet fosters a very positive work environment. It is not an exaggeration to say - I love coming to work every day! My advice: If Schochet offers you employment, say yes.
