      Full Time Contractor for NCR that turned into full time position with NCR Corp.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with this supplier of contractor working for NCR. Worked for 19months was Walmart CE - largest customer for NCR Corp. Turned into full time employment with NCR. Pay was always prompt and company does offer medical benifits too. Great company to get some experience in field service employment and see if you like it. Would recommend working with Schoening Tech. I enjoyed my time with them and appreciate them putting me back to work! Just do your job and Schoening will support you alone the way!

      Cons

      depending on what company they place you with in the field you will not get paid gas mileage but salary will be higher... Make sure you have dependable car before you except a field position that requires travel.

      Pros

      they got me a customer engineer job that turned into permanent after 3 and a half months they sent reminders telling me to submit my time in order to get paid on time they are easy to deal with, allow you to view your paystubs online

      Cons

      hiring process was fine for me. but sort of a sink or swim environment if you had less experience i could see having a problem time portal a little tricky but OK once you get the hang of it

      You work from home. A couple great recruiting partners on the team.

      Cons

      No guidance, paychecks not received on time, employers tell you things that are not correct and make promises that are not followed through upon. No structure. Do not provide any laptops, phones, etc. All of the tools you must provide yourself. Unprofessional. Stressful environment.
