Pros

Great location, great work-life balance, high quality products, some really smart people

Cons

Digital is very fragmented across the company. No real heavy hitters in this area. The digital work is uneven. Some is very good, some of it is terribly designed.

Pros

Overall, a very engaging and accommodating work environment highlighted by many fun, intelligent employees and the sense of purpose in supporting child literacy. Benefits and perks are both good as well.

Cons

Occasionally deal with corporate politics that can interfere with workflow. Compensation falls on the lower end of the industry median.
