Pros

They have changed the sales consultant position to a work at home position which allows work-life balance. You also get a great feeling knowing you are encouraging kids to read and with all the budget cuts, you are providing books for school libraries

Cons

i think you miss a sense of team when you don't see coworkers and miss out on the option to advance in the company with no branch to work out of.

Pros

Coworkers are generally easygoing, friendly for the most part. Respect for family and hours when needed, adaptable with time so long as workload is achieved.

Cons

Issues with respect to databases, technologies are subpar, in terms of assessing operations needs. Creates additional work and at times communicative issues among teams. Many temps staffed that are not hired on for long term, created instability in teams and higher turnover.
