Low pay, low morale, very silo'ed among divisions and every person trying to pinch their bottom line creates tension in cooperation between departments.

Good benefit package. Although I've heard varying accounts, I found that the people I came in direct contact with were quality individuals who wanted to help.

No formalized training program and wildly fluctuating expectations.

Good for jump starting your career. There is a roof top restaurant in the building where you can get food for much less compared to the neighborhood prices. It is always nice to have a shower at the office.

Cons

Retention policy is lacking. Talented technology people often don't stick around for long here. Training is limited, you will have to learn a lot on your own.
