Fun, but hard work

Pros

This is a fun company to work for especially if you like to books. Coworkers are good, good benefits, lots of extras (like free books!), employee events, etc. I have a great mgr who thanks me for my work, tells the executive management team when I go above and beyond on a project, and supports & encourages me to take professional development classes.

Cons

Almost everyone who works here is very creative and/or works hard. If you do not work hard, you will not stand out in this company because there are many overachievers here. I'm sure there are some jobs where you can coast here but not if you want to be successful at this company.

Pros

Great place to work with a relaxed professional atmosphere. The company cares about its employees.

Cons

The pay was too low to survive in the high cost area of Florida.

Pros

Great people, a real opportunity to learn if you are just starting out.

Cons

Although a great place to work early in your career, the salary I felt was lower than usual. But it may have changed since then.
