Pros

The company offers good pay and benefits overall. I think it is good if you work on a core part of the business, but if it is an intreprenuer type of project, it is not given enough time to flourish.

Cons

The company is very silo'd. I think the company could do better in terms of helping education reform through taking stances and through quality products that bring content to life for children.

Pros

They have changed the sales consultant position to a work at home position which allows work-life balance. You also get a great feeling knowing you are encouraging kids to read and with all the budget cuts, you are providing books for school libraries

Cons

i think you miss a sense of team when you don't see coworkers and miss out on the option to advance in the company with no branch to work out of.
