Pros

Name is golden in sales. Everyone knows Scholastic and "trusts" the name. Good benefit package especially for pregnant moms. Good salary. Talk to someone currently in the job and get their opinion.

Cons

No work/life balance. Management and communication was poor. No training for sales personnel in the product they were selling. They didn't even give you a full product to learn... only a demo CD that you woudl give customers. No effective way to follow your sales. Used antiquated STAR reporting system. Felt like company was just too large. Right hand didn't know what left hand was doing.
