Pros

Creative authority, good people, interesting projects

Cons

Micro management, emotional leadership, endless meetings, favouritism, constantly need to prove yourself and "show your work" to management, too many campaigns happening at the same time

Pros

Teammates were awesome. That's pretty much it.

Cons

Low salary, lying about perspectives of evolution. Management is horrible and puts lots of pressure on understaffed, underpaid and poorly treated employees.
