Pros

Sunrise business as education is growing. Opportunity to learn new things as the company direction is not rigid and change from time to time as well as processes.

Cons

Politic and fire fighting amount departments. Need to spend extra hours to get things done. Staff turnover in my department is high, all new people now just a year after I left.

Pros

The best place to work if you love children books, the authors who wrote them and love to encourage the next generation to read

Cons

Not so much of a cons but definitely something to look into in terms of scaling organizational structure and communication horizontally and vertically
