Pros

- Access to books galore - Company discount (the store in NYC has closed since then so I am not sure how they do this now) We used to get 30% regular and special days it would be 40% or 50% at the store. - Access to author signings and events that you can bring your kids to - Cafeteria & Nurse on site in NYC - Gym on site in NYC

Cons

- Management expected long hours and wanted employees on call 24/7 - Salaries are not that great if you are not Director level or above - Benefits used to be a lot better but every year since 2011 they have cut benefits - Used to be a family oriented company with excellent maternity benefits and 401K but that has been cut
