Pros

Nice HR Manager, easy access to onsite health care, pay isn't terrible on overtime, great deals in employee bookstore

Cons

Seasonals do not get the same rights as permanent workers no matter how long they've been around, more reward for just showing up on time than actually doing work while you're on the clock, few chances to move up, policy on absences and doctor notes leaves many in a bind, not much is done in regards to harassment of any kind, bullying and theft were common among workers, pickers are often treated like machines
