Pros

Great people, all very smart and engaged. A definite sense that instruction quality was paramount at all levels of decision making.

Cons

Important decisions often languished in bottlenecks. People who were very bright but overworked did not delegate authority clearly which made predictions and planning difficult.

Pros

Friendly people, feel-good end goals

No money to hire anyone full time. Most of the workforce is temp. Very behind technologically as well.
