Pros

-Great company culture -Beautiful offices in SoHo -Generous pay and time off (12 paid vacation days, 4 personal days, unlimited sick days per year for entry-level employees) -Employees who stay longer are given more flexibility around working from home

Cons

Since it's such an old, established company with great pay and benefits, many employees have been there for over 10 or 20 years, so people aren't leaving their posts, and as such, there are few opportunities to get promoted. Many will leave the company and come back years later when a higher position opens up (it's called the revolving door of Scholastic).
