Great work/life balance. Rare in companies today.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership. Knee jerk reactions. Asks for employee and customer advice but rarely acts on it.

Not the best for IT, not the worst

Pros

The people Salary is decent, at least for the tech department Lots of free books

Cons

Using outdated tech (they just started using Angular for their front-end) Poor integration among different tech teams Poor communication (almost everything's done via Outlook) Some teams use JIRA, some Trello, good luck trying to use them all Meetings Changes happen slowly
